The CIA uses Windows 98

January 26th, 2012

Gru’s Personal Achievements

January 10th, 2012

The minions sure know how to make up meaningful personal achievements:

  • Marathons won: 32.5
  • Host of TV’s “Out of the Frying Pan and Into the Fire, Grillin’ with Gru”
  • Breath Holding Record: 30 consecutive seconds
  • 1932 – Crowned “Galactic King of the Crab Nebula”

Maggie Simpson is on sale!

July 29th, 2011

Starting in February, 2009 — in the middle of the 20th season, when the new HDTV opening credits started airing — the supermarket decided to discount Maggie Simpson. While Maggie used to ring in at $847.63, she now costs only $243.26, the difference between $486.52 and the previous value $243.26.

Interesting aside: apparently, a box of Frosty Krusty O’s costs $6.66 ($243.26−$236.60) — no word yet on how much a box of Mr. Sparkle or a jug of Tomacco Juice will set you back.
